KISS (Keep it simple stupid) Trout and Salmon Recipe
- Marinate 4 to 24 hours in Italian Dressing in Refridgerator
- Grill skin side down 12 to 15 minutes or until done ( meat will let go of skin when done)
- ENJOY!
Cool Ranch Trout and Salmon Recipe
- Skin the fillets, dry, coat with egg
- Bread with a mixture of 50% cool Ranch Doritos chips crushed and 50% shore lunch breading mix
- Release to the grease – Cook till brown Enjoy!
Mayo’d Trout and Salmon Recipe
- I cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Tablespoon dill (more if you like dill)
- 2 tablespoons of graded Parmesan Cheese
- Mix ingredients together until completely combined.
- Place fillets skin side down on a nonstick tinfoil or non stick sprayed tin foil
- Cover fillets with mixture
- Bake at 375 degrees or place on grill
- Grill or bake till edges bubble brown
